Well, I don't think all the scenarios need to be from the human perspective - the Big K book would have made more sense as an arachnid campaign than human... Look at starcraft, it tells a proper story using all 3 sides of the conflict, not just 1... And ya, Having to buy so many books really wasn't ...

Well, I did a black cross platoon awhile back, which I was very pleased with.

I use catachan green and then drybrush scorpion green over that. Fortress grey gets drybrushed over the areas that stay black. Very simple, very quick, but it looks great.

Well, I'd finish the rest of the torso (sans chest plate) with the brown, it looks a bit odd with just the arms and legs brown. Other than that you could try some very slight stripes on the grey, or perhaps a logo on one shoulder plate....

Probably a good choice, the only scheme I found that worked for my pathfinders was a blue urban camo (and i tried about 6 different schemes)
