Well, I looking forward to Jan. GW new Ork Codex will be out with plenty of green goodness. Plan on using GW 40k rules, but adding the reaction rules of BFE. also having units that fight CC to break apart like in BFE at the end of the round. IF, and I say IF MG or the so called Mystery Company EVER...

I have from the beginning asked for both painted and unpainted kits. Along with metal bits to change vehicle series of a model. IF MP does that in the future fine. But, I will admit my faith (or should I say what little I had), is basically gone. I plan to upgrade my miniature with Mongrel and MoFo ...

Yep, I mixed the products up with SJG and FB. Since I have both companies products. But, both companies are small. SJG has made some great products in the 70s and 80s, but in those days most of the industry was done out of a garage!! It was a small world. You should have seen how small RalPartha was...

Trust me, SGJ is a very small company. OTher than Chez, and Munchkins, all the game mentioned were from the 70s and 80s. MP is larger.

The thing to remember is Matt said, the company was BIGGER than MP. and not directly related to miniature gaming. Those two things really throw most of the present ideas out of the window. UNLESS of course Matt was throwing us a red herring. GURPs is by Steve Jackson games. A very small company. MP ...

VERY nice work. Love the vehicles. I can see that they are much bigger than MPs vehicles.

And we would fit FOV's 'target audience' as well. But does everyone have it in their house already? I don't, I maybe in the minority though. I don't use the stuff either. That said, I can't see what the hold up would be if it was a model company such as FOV. So, I'll discount that as not a option. ...

Tell ya why I think not. They do not make a 1/64 line, or even a 1/60 line. That would mean a complete retooling for a small market.

Much more likely a computer firm. But, time will tell. Until then it is just fun to speculate.

Course there's always that OTHER prepainted model maker - Forces of Valor? Maybe this would be a way for them to introduce a 1/64 line OR if Mongoose were slightly evil and uncaring, a way for Mongoose to turn BF EVO into 1/72 scale! Not everyone has their products in their home. My guess is Sony o...

I'm thinking bigger...

Something most BFE users have. Say, a computer? Thus maybe a company that makes software? (think BIG)

Just another hairbrained theory to add to the discussion.

That said, I'm fine with waiting. I just hope it is worth the wait.

Now I know things have come full circle. I'm becoming the voice of reason? Guys, Matt will annouce what he can, when he is legally able too. Until then stop with the whining. I know I'm interested, but there are so many options out there while you wait. Time to make new terrain, make cu...

Interesting and, if I may say, innovative suggestions for how to do business :) Okay, latest news. . . The lawyers have promised to come back to us next Thursday with a firm response. In the mean time, we are trying to get things moving by 'other means'. Yeah he did. But, he didn't say which next T...

It is not a very good site, but if you email the owner, he might help you. He did for me, awhile back when I ordered a bunch of RPGs and MGs for my MEA. By the way, it doesn't say on the site, but they come in packs of 10.

Good Luck.

It would be hard to invalidate the advanced rulebook without completely changing the rules. The advanced rulebook was playtested for a number of months, along with the first year of releases, junking that would mean more playtesting for similar or different units, and further delays. If that statem...

Re: Rule Questions

Hi all - have a few rule questions: 1. Elevated firing. is the +2 damage only vs. armoured targets? Also, if I use a Black Hawk firing a Mini-gun down onto target (or a plane with cannons) do they get this bonus if they are at proper height? 2. Destroyed transports.... after hits are rolled vs. rid...

When you are playing a campain, the target and kill score are a way to tell who is wounded and who is actually out right dead. So after the battle you can tell how much of your unit needs rebuilding/repairing.
Good thinking, and a excellent first post! :D
