I am having a lot of trouble figuring out why the F-35 costs more than the Eurofighter, as it seems less capable.

And where is the gun on the F-35? I know the brits are dropping it from their version, but the USMC plans to keep it as far as I know.

I would like to see the Shadow brought into a more realistic role once the EFV comes out. 4 CKEMs and maybe an artillery spotter role, but no transport ability.

I am fine with the scale on just about everything, but the Technicals do seem to small to me. as anyone done the math on a Toyota hilux? I don't own one to check the scale myself.

I think the USMC will end up fielding both the Cougar and Shadow. I am pretty sure the Shadow is just intended as a replacement for the Hummer in Recon units, which is not a role the Cougar is particularly well suited for. Heck, the Shadow can be toted in an Osprey, which the cougar is WAY to heavy ...

When I demo BFE to new players I oftne describe it as Future Weapons: The Miniature Game. It tends to get them interested.

The Guard is a great idea...but I think they only work with the US Army. I actually work there on Wednesday nights and am running BF:E demos. We are slowly building a following and if we can ever get a decent amount of Wave 1 in, we will be all set.

Our FLGS, (which is not too far from you BuShips), has an AT-43 following too, so the scenery bits see lots of use for both games. They really work well and have the right feel to them.

I like the look of those containers with the wash on them, we may have to give that a try too.
