I assume it's because the Apocalypse War resistance force has that rule for low ammunition supplies, thus they're worth slightly less than their counterparts who've just been to a fully stocked armoury.

Like several other Kickstarter backers I received my Demonic Cabal a few months ago. I'm curious why they aren't on the website, or on the list of forthcoming releases. Is this an oversight, production issue, evil plot by the Dictators of Zrag, or do I have a set of Kickstarter exclusive cultists?

If I buy a named hero for my force and he has one or more talents listed (eg Chief Judge Cal has Brave and Luck of Grud) do they count towards the two talents a level 1 hero must choose?

Here's how I read it. Careless charge says "double its Move". The fattie's Move (note the capital M) is 3", so double that then add the belliwheel bonus.

I like it and hope it stays. I look forward to making my opponents take plenty of WTF tests.
