Satellat rules question

I played a game last night pitting the heroic liberators of East Meg One against the vile oppressor of the so-called Justice Department. In the course of the game a couple of questions arose about satellats, I’m looking for correction or confirmation that we played this correctly. Firstly, the Senio...

Re: Basing for larger miniatures

I fielded my unbased sentenoid against a Justice Department force last night. Turns out basing, or the lack thereof, didn't matter as it was turned into scrap by bike cannons on turn one before it even fired a shot.

Re: Basing for larger miniatures

That sounds more than fair enough to me. :D

I have finally go around to assembling and painting a Sentenoid; has anyone based this mechanical monstroisity of are most players just resting it on its four legs?

Re: Basing for larger miniatures

Thanks for the reply; that's a fair point about allowing more miniatures to 'pile in' during combat. Then again, if someone wants to go toe-to-toe with my Kleggs they are very welcome to try. :)

Basing for larger miniatures

I have recently started work on the Kleggs and Mechismo and, even in the early stage of clean-up and painting, I have been struck (not literally) by the way in which the ‘standard’ sized bases just do not look or feel right for these larger miniatures. Would there be any penalty/disadvantage in game...

Re: Future of 2000AD Gaming

A bit of thread necromancy here but I'm just wondering if any decision has been reached or if this is all still at the conceptual stage or even if the plan has been shelved entirely. In all honesty, I'd probably back another Judge Dredd KS be it either for skirmish or larger size games. Probably doe...

Questions about robots

Hello all, First post after my first game. I played a Justice Department force taking on a Robot gang. I ask for your indulgence in answering a couple of questions arose during the course of the game: 1. Can a lawgiver fire 'heat seeker' at a robot? We ruled that it could as the rules don't state th...
