The startup time was already addressed.

Regarding nukes: the different version implied different levels of access.
Early editions just had prices.
The later editions of Traveller had the Imperium imposing severe penalties if WMDs (nukes, etc.) were used.

Okay I could have sworn this was a combat maneuver in Mongoose Traveller (1 or 2?). I have both rulebooks and I must have been imagining things because now I cannot find a trace. Which book/page is this on?

Agreed with previous speakers; Streamlined is streamlined, regardless of shape. Standard and sphere seem identical except one is cheaper. Am I missing errata? No, you are not missing anything. So the players’ unarmed ship takes a hit to the turret...since no turret exists do you:
Roll again?
Apply straight to hull as if turret is destroyed?
Something else?
