Took on a C9 a D5WD and two D6 with two CA+ and four FFB yesterday.

Excellent fight, very close battle.

One comment about the C9 was that its shield score seems a little high.

I picked up some "K" (Klingon) series decals from Starfighter-Decals. They are excellent! By far and away superior to all others I have tried.
Inexpensive as well.
They add a nice touch to the Klingon machines.

My group plays the advanced bridge (being a trait) always maintains the crew quality at 4 unless your crew quality is higher. Essentially it supersedes critical damage from crew hits etc. until the trait is lost.
To play it any other way doesn't make it much of a trait.

I think that an excellent option would be to change nothing about plasma except to reduce the chances of hitting with defensive phaser fire. Consider removing the acc mod from all phaser fire against plasma. This reduces the effectiveness of the phasers and still keeps the game quick. A 50/50 chance...

To my way of thinking escort vessels are designed to defend (escort) carrier groups.
As a big gun proponent the lack of heavy, direct fire weapons should offset the advantages of defensive fire power.
I'll be trying them out in any event and look forward to seeing what they are capable of.

Undoubtedly the Romulan War Eagle.
It is over priced (130 would be a better cost) and suffers the underpowered trait.
The only ship in the game with the underpowered trait I might add.
An easy fix that we follow in my campaign is to replace the underpowered trait with the slow trait.
