Almost all Kickstarter backers have had their Sovs (a handful of 'Council' pledges in the UK and Australia are still waiting, but will be getting theirs very soon - and they did get their Citi-Def before anyone else :)). I noticed that some Traveller books are in the out of Print sale on the Mongoose website?
