Very intruguing. I look forward to seeing the rest of the trilogy. If the PCs in my drinax campaign ever make it out that way, I may just see if this can be worked in.

I have the mindjammer Traveller book and I do like it. Well before I saw it, I had been toying with an idea similar to the mindscaoe and similar tech in my Traveller 3I campaign.

That said, I haven't had the chance to really work anything out, but I'd like to hear anyone's ideas as well.

This is interesting. My players have already meddled in Cordan, assassinating one of Lux's opponents in one of the least subtle and messy ways possible. They decided to bug out and finish the job later. I wonder if this will work for the 2nd half of the job, or is my in-game reality too far removed ...

Actually, it requires one that was supposed to have been updated. Crap - I didn't realise there was an errata... I've been working from the physical book - is there an errata list somewhere? Yeah, where can we get the errata? I'm not seeing one listed for either the CRB or a high Guard on the Mongo...

Do any of the published books contain more information than in Book 2 concerning the surface of Drinax, such as a map, more data on the Vespexers, etc? I threw a one-off encounter at them down there that has led them to believe a foreign power is deliberately supplying raiders and causing chaos dow...

Two things.

In term 4, you still get a skill roll even though you had a mishap. (Technically the skill roll comes before the survival roll)

Also, if I'm remembering correctly (away from books right now...) you would need to do an aging roll after the 4th term.

The first part of the Pirates of Drinax campaign doesn't make sense if Torpol has a couple of battle cruisers. No way would a pirate gang with a few 100-200 ton ships raid the place.... So, are there other "Pirates of Drinax" supplements from Mongoose that you can't use with the "Pirates of Drinax"...

There is a print-friendly version of the CRB, which I really like. So there is precedent.

I'd like to see the other books with a print-friendly option too.

To me its more if a speedy PDF scrolling option....

Every reference I can see refers to the table in the main rulebook, or simply refers to using deck plans as the basis for personal combat. Ok, so it's not just me. It isn't in there. Bummer, the last boarding action we did using the CRB rules was anticlimactic. I was excited when I saw that comment...

They came in an email without any warning - I only checked out the kickstarter page after I'd downloaded them. If you have a drivethru account using the same email you used for the kickstarter/survey then there should be an account flag up at drivethru too. Hmmm.... not showing up on drivethru eith...

When starting the app the 1st time and also after any updates, it downloads a ship's boatload of stuff, so I can see why having a slow connection could be a problem. The one thing Traveller really is missing is a set of quick start rules and mini adventure. Indeed! I am thinking of maybe doing the intro adventure to Mindjammer Traveller. It has pre-gen characters and only requires the MGT Traveller 2 core rulebook. I'm just not quite comfortable with the settin...
