Re: Spider God's Bride: where are the cultural backgrounds?

Hi !

Where can I find info on the Decadent, Degenerate and Enlightened cultures ? Are these in Citadel ?

I'm ready to start a new campaign on the world of Xoth, based on Spider God's Bride. :)

Thanks.

Zoltan

Re: Some sample characters for Legend

Hi there ! I didn't knew that anybody still read those old articles. You are welcome ! :) About the equipment/cost : civilized background + the free weapon for every character enables a good amount of equipment. If you can tell me which one has an error I'll check it. Since I'm not associated with r...

[Rpg.Org] Demons for Legend : Arachnodemon and Imp

Hi fellow players, For now I created two new monsters (a demon and a devil) to summon with the Summoning rules in Arcania of Legend: Blood Magic. - The Arachnodemon is a dangerous hunter, much like a "normal" Giant Spider, but with even more powerful abilities and an unnaturally strong poison. (40 M...

Re: RQII Vikings vs. Vikings of Legend

Hi, I didn't see the RQ II. Vikings book, but Vikings for Legend is definitely based on that. I had a review earlier about Vikings of Legend, so maybe you could compare the content : http://rpg.org/vikings-of-legend/ Most likely it has some minor changes (the same way as Arms of Legend had) Regards,...

[Rpg.Org] Demons for Legend - Succubus and Incubus

Hi there, I really like the Summoning skill in the Blood Magic book, so I started to create some demons and other outsiders. I think that having ready-to-use monsters is always good, especially if they are can be summoned by characters. There are many interesting demons, devils and strange things in...

Arcania of Legend: Blood Magic review on Rpg.Org

Hi fellow players, Take a look at our Arcania of Legend: Blood Magic review ! It's blood and gruesome death all around place ! http://rpg.org/review-legend-blood-magic/ I think we received excellent content (again). My only problem that the instant-kill spells are maybe too powerful even for NPC-s, ...

Vikings of Legend review on Rpg.Org

Hi there, Yesterday I posted a review about Vikings of Legend on Rpg.Org. You may take a look at the link below : http://rpg.org/vikings-of-legend/ This time I didn't had the chance to compare the book to the Runequest II equivalent. On the other hand I think it's a really good expansion to the Lege...

Re: Arms of Legend (either version)

Hi,

I already reviewed it :

http://rpg.org/review-arms-of-legend/

If you already have the Runequest II version then you don't need this book. Otherwise it's great !

They removed several things, but it's still a great resource.

Arms of Legend review on Rpg.Org

Hi fellow players ! Please, take a look at our Arms of Legend review ! http://rpg.org/review-arms-of-legend/ As always, I wrote the review assuming that the reader don't know the previous book (Arms & Equipment guide for Runequest II), but I also included a list about the changes I realized. A big t...

Re: Free NPC pack for Legend !

Thanks for the backup ! :)

I'm already working on an extended list. I plan to at least double the available NPC-s for the next release.

Is anybody have an idea what kind of characters should I include ? any personal preferences ? :)

Zoltan

Re: Free NPC pack for Legend !

Oops, those are some editing errors, I will put up an updated versions in a maximum of 48 hours.

Sorry, i somehow missed these errors before posting. :)

(The Doctor has exactly 75% First Aid, and of course the City Guard should have a different skill set)

Re: The king’s cut

Hi, I think if you calculate 5-15% for a whole voyage you should be pretty close. Comparison : in medieval Hungary for "normal" income (agriculture etc) you paid 1/10 to the king/local noble and another 1/10 to the church. Also, in medieval times there was another thing above taxes for many nobles a...

Re: Some sample characters for Legend

Hi, Generic NPC's seems a good idea. I think I will use a different (less detailed) layout for NPC's, as most of their skills will be unused in most stances. Also, be ready for a second group of playable characters in the near future. any playable or NPC characters you would like to see ? Anyone ? :...

Re: Some sample characters for Legend

You already have my approval The.Maze.Controller :)

I'm glad that at least some players find these characters useful.

What's your opinion, should I create another bunch, or should I focus on a different matter ? (Like finishing the combat handouts I'm working on)

Zoltán
