I just got back the confirmation emails from Paypal and Mongoose.

I am puzzled by the bit about the card, because I hae always used Paypal here.

I haven't called because I'm in the States and the hours don't match up so well.

Still no word from Mongoose. It seems that customer service has really gotten crappy.

I made an order in April which still has not arrived. Why? I made a query to your customer service this morning and have yet to receive an answer? Why?
