i did think about removing the ca granted buy using a shield .and just granting a % bonuses per shield size to defend. but unsure as to how to handle it for if another weapon was carried instead of a shield

shame there is no stickies that have all the fan created spells and heroic abilities listed and details given on the forums make keeping track of stuff to use in game easier to find

my line of thought was to make each martial art a combat stile with bonuses . such a a very defense style would may be get a extra cm per round for defense and could parry at no penalty and be classed as one size bigger. where as another style that was more brutal maybe getting bonuses to damage lik...

Hi have any of you designed and worked out how to do combat more based on unarmed combat than with weapons. just I'm thinking of planing a Asian style game maybe Chinese and want to place a lot of martial arts and design a few styles so any help would be appreciated

no in my core book this is what it says

have you toyed with idea of the plus hit system in war-hammer .after hitting 0 hit points or not.and whats the difference in common magic to sorcery and how you crossed both over

well true as unless you get 2 combat maneuvers to chose a location then impale .i think a random hit to tail and then choosing impale would not inconvenience most creatures . which is the problem i considered and decided to ask other peoples input

i was running a small scenario earlier this evening .and they where fighting a wyrm of at least 10 meters plus in length, but only had a size rating of 13.with a success the player decided to use the impale maneuver which given weapon size or medium states a minus 20%. but to a creature of that leng...

yeah as above i do the same , use a different poker chip for shield or smaller weapon if useing two weapons

thanks just one other question is that encumbrance per location covered with the armour . cause the way i see it if it is some one wearing full plate armour to all locations would would be at 21 points of encumbrance . then had basic gear hes carrying and weappons to find his final total
