Take a look at the last page in my Eberron conversion (link in the signature). That's my take on it.

Re: Need rules for a Succubus
Take a look at my Eberron conversion (link in my signature). I believe I made one in that.
Edit: Yep, on page 110.
Editx2: This succubus is a very d&d-like succubus.

Re: Monster Creation Help
For the d20 monsters in the Eberron conversion, I simply buffed up AP. I however "normalized" the damage reduction to level 1 first (by withdrawing it's HD from the damage reduction).

Re: Book of Quests
Halfway through it, and it is fantastic. The quality is very high and the adventures bind together nicely, while allowing for chopping them up and using them individually.TGryph wrote:I would be very interested to read any reviews, opinions, or comments

Re: Critical Succes in combat
The rules state specifically that no roll = failed roll. So a crit vs. fail / no roll = 2 CM. The advantage to getting a crit is - apart from the extra CM over a success - is that the most dangerous CMs require a crit. For instance if A crits and B fails his roll or does not roll, then A can choose ...

That parts of it are in colour, when the rest seem to be in black & white?
Otherwise, looks good.

Take a look at my Eberron conversion for Legend below. It might give you some inspiration to apply monetary costs to enchantment.

Take a look at my Eberron conversion in my signature. I believe it is easiest to simply make magic-into-item rules, rather than item-specific rules.

Re: Upcoming Releases
You could take a look at "Book of Quests" and "Monster Island" coming up early 2013 for RQ6. They should be very much Legend-compatible. BoQ is a book containing 7 adventures, whereas MI is a sandbox setting in the style of Griffin Island of the old RQ3-age.

Re: Arcania Of Legend: Blood Magic And Death Curses
Instead of modelling it as something generic, I would model it as a spell contained within the great families (in this case). After all, if a baker curses you before you kill him and take his bread and 5 copper pennies, you don't want the curse to really have an effect.. it should be dramatic and on...

Re: Quick and Easy Combat System
I think Legend and RQ6 are about the same. I prefer RQ6 however, as many of the errors in Legend have been handled. It does take some time however. You can make RQ6/Legend combats quick, quicker than AD&D where you at high-level can have to remove hundreds of HP. In the beginning however, RQ6 combat...

Re: The low end of damage
I didn't say you can't ever do one point of damage, only that an average strength guy, not pulling his blow, under perfectly normal combat parameters can't hit with a saber, or a short spear, or a dirk, or a battle axe or a ball and chain, and do one point of damage. And that, to me, is a concern t...
