Re: Golden Heroes / Squadron UK
Well, this probably isn't the place to run a game as Mongoose aren't publishing it (yet :D ). As far as introducing new people to it, I know that Simon Burley, the games' author, runs players through character creation. Re: Golden Heroes / Squadron UK
Is there actually a thread or discussion forum to discuss this game? http://eaglesnest.forumotion.co.uk/ This is a forum which I set up (full disclosure). Not much activity, to be honest but more voices always welcome. http://squadronuk.co.uk/ This is the author's website. There is also a Squadron ...

Re: Golden Heroes / Squadron UK
It's important to understand that the current iteration of Squadron Uk is different from Golden Heroes. This change was imposed upon the author by a certain large British game company who shall remain nameless. To the author's credit, rather than let the game die, he reworked it, using a new variati...

Re: Golden Heroes / Squadron UK
Still think this would be a cool game to publish. Now known as Squadron UK in a new 2nd edition but
I think this would be a good fit for Mongoose.

Re: Kzinti Fleet Box - Brand new
Yes, it is expensive for me to ship it safely overseas. Quite a lot of weight in that box.

Re: Selling up
I'll make a decision on selling the fleets in the next week or so, and if we go ahead with selling the fleets, i'll be sure to post pictures and more details. I'm not trying to mess anyone around and appreciate all of your comments. Just for clarity i'm in the UK. Thanks again

Re: Selling up
Any local/semi conventions you can go to and run games? I have little local interest either; at all the game/comic shops around here, it's card games or Eurogames. Where are you located? Maybe we can find some people or conventions for you? Or if you are in the US, can you make it to the Origins co...

Re: Selling up
To be honest i'm giving up on the game due to lack of interest in the area. I used to play with one other guy, who is no longer really interested. The other gamers in my group are not interested either. Most of my energies for the coming year at least will be tied up with RPG stuff. The only other p...

Selling up
Hypothetically, if I were to have an unopened Kzinti fleet box, squadron box and painted Klingon and Romulan fleets, is there likely to be any interest here or am I better off going to ebay? This is only a strong possibility at the moment but i'm trying to gauge interest. Your opinions would be appr...

For some reason I had Bismarck on the brain. Obviously it's Graf Spee as the scenario was Battle Of The River Plate
