They are solid one piece resin ships. Not as detailed as GHQ, but I think they work nicely. Also very affordable.

Well I just picked up the PDF of OOB and it seems to be updated. I was told to look for the red letters on the cover as opposed to the white. Red letters being the most recent publication of the book.

do I need to declare how many inches my ship is going to move before using my tape measure?

For example do I have to say "My destroyer will move 4". "

Or can I simply start moving my ship around as long as I don't move it further than my maximum movement?

RPG Drive Thru offers the OOB book in PDF. I heard there has been several corrections to the book. Does anyone know if the pdf is the latest release?
