One in, one out...

Plans just got changed back - instead of spending a couple of days near Peterborough afterwards, it's Poole instead. Rules me back out I'm afraid!

I'll fill up before leaving, and this time I'll ignore Clanger in favour of the satnav after what happened when I tried it the other way around... :P

There's been a change of plan. Room for a penitent and his Narn after all?

This is a Centauri perpetrated outrage! You really find out who your friends are, and this, gentlemen, is an indicator that fanhead influence runs too deep!

Seriously, don't worry about it. Means for once the Kettering lot might fit in one car! Needs of the majority and so on.

I can't make June 26th or July 24th - prior engagements.

The 10th or the 17th are both AOK though!

I'd plump for Da Boss Format every time, with the proviso that the tourny organisers mix up the scenarios every now and then to keep the players on our collective toes.

Kettering Karnage - new multiplayer scenario idea

Heil. I'm running a mad multiplayer game at Kettering this week. We've done them before and they're invariably hilarious, but I fancy putting a bit of a spin on it this time. The basic premise is the same as your usual 'King of the Hill' scenario. Get a table as close to square as I can get it and p...

Of course, that does assume that opponents are going to be bringing on G'Quans. Not so sure that's a common occurance!

OK, just back in. 13th out of 14, ahead only of Digger. So the two Narns came last at the home of the most Centauri of Centauri... He cursed the dice or something I swear! I'll let Charles make the announcements on the final results. Big thanks though to Adrian H, Shut Up Hippie, Mister Pink and Sta...

With any luck I may even win a tournament game this year, as opposed to using up all my luck in the practice games as usual...

I live in a rural village nearby and things are clear here - the snow's all melting so wouldn't expect a problem.

Have to admit to borrowing a Narn fleet solely for the purpose of annoying Charles - the idea of the Narns winning a game at the home of the most Centauri of Centauri Admirals just appeals. :P

Cheers to the other Kettering guys for mentioning this tonight - count me in as confirmed.

I've got a GW GT the previous weekend and a works bash the next so moving the weekend would give me problems, but if it goes ahead on the 29th I'm there.

Perhaps it should be the other way around - how many pints would she need to get through before Chandler became the target of anything other than ridicule? :P
