Hi guys, Is this (http://www.mongoosepublishing.com/pdf/conanaechanges.pdf) not what you are after? Not quite, as there are no rules for some of the changes listed (ie new Parry rules, the new sneak attack rules) that are not expanded upon. What I am looking for is a full and complete, printer frie...

Thanks. I ll probably go with Asgalun.

I read about that in the description, and was thinking of Tauran, but I wanted a desert background to start the story off, so I decided on Shem instead.

"Mongoose may still be offering the Sons of Cimmeria deall, where if you mail in a cut off corner of a certain page you get the Atlantean edition for a reduced price. " Uhm, why should I have to do that? I've already paid my money for the main book, which is in a sense defective (really hate to use ...

Shem slave trade.

Where would the largest slave market be in Shem? Working on the background for a game, and that is where the PC's will be headed...not as buyers, however. :)

Sorry, can't help. But, I will add my voice to yours. Personally I think, at the very least, that a free pdf with all the changes made for the 2nd ed. be offered on the site for those of us who did drop all that money for the original. Because I won't be dropping another $50 CDN for the ATL ed.

A few points are being missed about the Noble in combat. Aside from him having Title/Rank and the wealth ability to afford the best armour and weapons...not to mention a horse. The nobles other abilities will assist him greatly in combat. "Special Region Feature"...more then not imparts weapons trai...

Though I am a novice to the world of Conan, from the little I have read this ring does fit nicely into the genre. Most magic items have a very dark side, the whole Blood Sorcery thing, to them. What you might want to add is an accumulation of Corruption pts, that way it explains the PC passing on th...

I believe the Warlock was, very, briefly shown near the end of the series. I seem to remember a ISN News cast after Sheridan became President of the Interstellar League, where it was mentioned that Ivonva had been promoted to Captain and had been given the first Warlock cruiser as her command.

Looks pretty good. But, you should also remember that since the Hyperion runs under micro-G conditions there are stations on the bulkheads and even the overhead. Look really closely at the scenes in "In the Beginning" you'll see what I mean. This doubles the amount of crew stations as show.

Re: Ancients Nit pick.

I flipped through this book today at my LGS, very well done I have to say. I do have 2 quibbles, however. 1) I was dismayed at the exclusion of Athena as one of the patron deities...uhm Athens anyone? She wasn't excluded. Check page 203. Athena takes up nearly half of it. :) 2) And what happened to...

A much better PrC than either Gunderman Mercenary or Nemedian Adventurer would be Warrior Noble, a combination of King Arthur and his better known knights, Charlemane and Richard the Lion hearted. In other words a noble who's more like a army officer than a politcian. Just port the "Noble Warrior" ...

I really don't see the use of either of the "PrC" listed. A Poitainian Noble, could be a knight by virtue of the "Title" SQ. And any fighter ( not just those from Gunderland) could be a merc.
