BFE, Redundencies........and what else?
Okey-dokey.....it's beena while since I checked the forums. What's up with the BFE: World at War? And did I read this correctly, but Mongoose is releasing NEW rules for BFE? AND finally.........was there some new info about mini's for BFE? Is Mongoose strictly publishing rules ONLY and no mini's? Th...

Helicopter quizinarts.
I'm not a chopper pilot, but I do know that you would not be able to do that and fly off. You'd damage your rotors and crash the aircraft.

Artillery or Indirect Fire delivered smoke
I suppose if you REALLY wanted smoke, you could purchase some indirect fire attacks and use some for a smoke screen.

Well now, wasn't that just brilliant?
I guess I should have written more in the initial message. Anywho.......I'm want to get an airbrush kit for painting some of my larger models. I have seen some painted using an airbrush and would like to do the same with a couple of howitzers I'm putting together. I know less than nothing about airb...

The dangers of Nyquil
Is it really teusday? I think I was on a spirit-journey for the past four days! It started out by taking Nyquil for the flu on Thursday; and everytime I woke, I'd stay awake just long enough to eat and take more Nyquil- then it was Tuesday!

Springfield, land of the free
Yeah, we're hold-outs from the War of Northern Agression. We're also preparing for when the Chinese try and invade.

Exoskeleton
More like one step closer to powered battlesuits capable of fighting in any environment. One the downside, it's one more thing to make sure you've brought EXTRA FRIGGIN' BATTERIES for.

Size matters
I've found that 1/72 scale models or minitures will work. No change in distances.

Gamers nearby
BTW, anybody live close to Springfield, GA? I am sick of driving into Savannah, jockeying thru traffic, to get to a hobby store I usually play at and find very few people to play. I tried to meet-up with with a gamer who posts here, but meeting at the shop never panned out. I am a mediocre (at best)...

All-together different type of game
For those of you that may have played the game - Vivendi has hinted that it may just give up the rights to the game "Homeworld"; and THQ will pick it up and possibly produce a "Homeworld 3"! For those of you that have not played it, pick up the Homeworld series (Homeworld, Homeworld: Cataclysm, and ...

NDA company - who cares?
Besides from general curiousity, I could care less about who the NDA company is. It's not the reason I liked the game. The proposed plan for metal minitures is a HUGE mistake. Some of the folks that I've played table top games with in the past have given up on it entirely - the store I went to doesn...

Well, HOSED AGAIN!
Well.........HOSED AGAIN! I don't know what this NDA is all about, but I'm hearing the death-rattle of BFE. Nothing new for almost 9 months (there's a joke in there somewhere's) and when something is produced, it's going to be metal minis. Not looking forward to that. Similar to an earlier post, on ...

Snipers data cards
There are two different data cards out for USMC Snipers. One has US Army snipers pictured (you can tell by the digitals they're wearing), and the second has the wrong army symbol in the upper left hand corner (it displays the European TF symbol rather than the USMC symbol) with a picture of possibly...

Snipers
BTW, I see that Mongoose has a prototype for the snipers minitures; ref. S&P 49. And while I'm thinking about it, which do you think would be a better model - the Marine Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle, Stryker, or LAV? My preference is either the Stryker or LAV. The MEFV is just an updated version o...
