2.5 months into a campaign using slightly house-ruled Traveller (I'm the GM), it works just fine.

I'd buy a book if it was done, but if it isn't, no worries, I can manage as is.

Let's see;
Judge Dredd...............British
Strontium Dog............British
Traveller....................American
Hammers Slammers...American
Babylon 5..................American

I believe our friends in the US are doing well enough out of this without introducing a deliberate bias. :)

I for one would love supplements for ERB's Mars/Venus/Earth's Core stuff. I see two problems though, the Burroughs estate and Disney.

Thirded, but put Trance on the cover (with Rommie, Beka and Doyle) and I'll probably buy two copies.

Mind you, my group would manage more off-colour "Have you seen my force lance?" jokes than Mr Sorbo managed...

Locarno,

Yes I see what you mean, from that point of view you're right, it should be better.

I just saw in my mind an edition of S&P with a 10 page ship errata list and had a bit of a flashback!

Tweaking the grossly unbalanced ships is important but it's done via statline rather than points cost. I was with you up to this point, but as someone who was a SFB player from the first A5 rulebook through to Doomsday rules I can't help but remember the constant stream of ship stat alterations via...

Good idea. With a decent (balanced) working tool shop of ship design rules CTA V3 would be good. Exactly! Then those of us who still play will be able to stat out whatever ships we want (B5 for a start), as I'm sure that the rules will not be backwards compatible. Add: I will buy the 3rd Ed rules, ...

Any chance of a link/details please?

Just bought the pdf late last night and have only given it a quick read through but congratulations on a really useful little ship. I look forward to my players buying/stealing/finding it (almost) empty sometime soon!

Jump Space - What does it look like?

Earlier this week I was asked this question by my son after he read that jumpspace travel took a week. After a moment I realised that despite a large amount of CT books I can't find any mention of this. My probable assumption is a blankness/black void. Was this ever mentioned?
