they're looking ok. if i were you i'd give them a light brown wash to bring out the detail and make the edges look a little cleaner.

tactics all depend on who your playing and what fleet you have. Best thing is to post a fleet you take and lets us make it better if its possible.

Emines pick a point in space to target not neccesarily the ship. As they dont target the ship no need to roll for stealth.

Stealth and Boresight. Should a ship be able to boresight a ship. Say an omega move into a position thats boresighted a sharlin on the table. And then not be able to target it to shoot at it even though the rules of being boresighted kinda make out that you can hit it. Wouldn't it be easier to move ...

the thing is space is three dimensional the ship could be flying so that the back ends below the front and visible from an enemy ship on the same plane etc.

Further what happens if a beam goes straight through a ship?

If you break up weapons like that GEG would be disgustingly effective.
