Option B or C please. Or better yet...

Both! ;)

Data Cards are definitely wanted in our gaming group. The homemade VaS ones we laminated have been absolutely vital!

Movement tokens. You can have them custom made to your heart's content from companies like LITKO, eg.

I would use the Flamethrower stats. Just ignore the the Flame trait.
Should do the job!
Love it!

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions...

I for one truly miss GDW. Dark Conspiracy is one of the reasons I miss them. A well done update by MGP...

Yeah, I'd buy it.

IMO [repaints didn't kill SST. It went a long time with no news/support/etc due to a license issue (not MGP's fault), followed by an experiment with revamped rules. The sense I got was that just as many people liked the idea of prepaints as those that didn't. I know I would have loved prepainted bu...

I picked it up at Origins and read it over the weekend. I like it! My only nitpick is some of the artwork. It's good, but some it seems out of place: Steuben and Ranson's character pictures have them wearing business suits! (Hardly Slammer's regulation.) lol, maybe it is for when they meet new clie...

Hammer's Slammers - Please Share Your Opinion

As a big fan of Hammer's Slammers back in the 80's, and a player of Traveller since the very first edition came out back in the day, including the mini game Striker, I would like to know from those who have already read the new rulebook (especially those who know the Slammers universe from David Dra...

To keep the drool off of them!

Those are very nice, and I think these will be fantastic books. Most books are when done by someone with true passion for the finished product. Kudos.

@DM Well said, as usual. I see your point. @ skehrman... Your first paragraph is awesome, and I agree: At this point, the horse is out of the barn and closing the doors is probably not the thing to do. As far as the WizKids example, I have no idea what you are talking about, so that one is lost on m...

You're mixing eras with this example. FoW is strictly WWII. I totally realize I was mixing eras. I was using an example of what types of players in my area have what scales. As far as other companies' issues go, I fail to see how players would be chased away by scale standardization. I sure don't s...

The problem with 28mm moderns is that there are hardly any vehicle models that fit the scale. I would only go back to 28mm moderns if and when (but mostly IF probably) Mongoose ever does Evo miniatures again complete with appropiratly scaled vehicles to support them. The only way to "standardize" E...
