Wow, and to think I keep a spreadsheet to make sure I don't have more of any type of ship than actually existed. 10 of a single-class aircraft carrier, that's hilarious. It was a tournament I ran and because I didn't state in the rule pack and it doesn't mention it in the rule book I couldn't stop ...

I hate the French aircraft carrier! One game I played my opponent fielded ten of them! The sight of my battleships running away from a pack of aircraft carriers if crazy. Why did they run away? Because not only did I have all the aircraft to contend with but the carriers have torpedoes! Roland If w...

Trento - Raid Class?

In the new book OoB the Italian cruiser Trento has been upgraded from Skirmish to Raid.

Is this a typo or for real?

The Trento isn't much different to the Zara and that is still Skirmish.

That is an idea I had as well.

If the bomber want to move it can and the fighter can decide whether to move with it and have another go at it.

I didn't include it because I got so much flak for changing the rules that I thought that the fewer changes the better.

We increased the number of attack dice to 2 and allowed them to re-fuel but they still didn't do a huge amount of damage in my game. I think they were a real handfull in some of the other games though and he did win the tournamnet overall! We set the tournament at 5pts Battle level with no War level...

Hi, Our tournament went well but we only had 6 players, 2 Japanese, 2 French, 1 American and an Italian! The fact that there was another VaS tournament about 60 miles away the day before didn't help attendance! Check out our rules pack for the house rules and clarifications used. The only thing I wi...

Due to a clarification on dogfights by Matt in the Rulesmaster section I have up-dated the Tournament Rules Pack again!

Hopefully that should be it!

There will be last minute practise games next Wednesday at the shop if anyone is interested.

Both players roll one dice each and add their flights dogfight scores', I have taken this to include multiple flight dogfights Roland Yes I agree it could be read that ...
