No other RPG publisher has this issue because they understand how to create a pdf that is universally readable. Mongoose either does not, or is unwilling to do what is necessary. This is not an Apple problem. This is a Mongoose problem, a problem that only Mongoose seems to have.

I had the same capcha death spiral experience yesterday, for about ten minutes before I finally gave up and reported it to Mongoose (who told me they could do nothing because it is an outsourced security situation).

And if they still do not own a Mac/iOS/iPadOS platform, they have a responsibility to bloody well obtain them in order to do the testing necessary to ensure that ALL of their customers have a problem-free experience with their products. This is fundamental.

I am glad to have found this forum/thread. I just pre-ordered the book and was not informed that the pdf was still under development. I am sad that Mongoose is depending upon early purchasers to do their proofreading for them. But, that appears to be the state of RPG publishing these days...
